Even if you do not have a history within the pharmaceutical industry, you still need to have strong interpersonal skills for dealing with customers. A large part of your job as a pharmaceutical technician is making sure that people and customers are happy with what the pharmaceutical company is offering.

Above all else, pharmaceutical jobs are customer service positions. Therefore, your jobs in customer service should be first on your resume, and then you should list any experience that you have had within the pharmaceutical industry. No matter what, these jobs are going to end up being customer service careers, so you want to make sure that this is what you are focusing on. Also, you should highlight the ways you are able to work with other employees, the ways that you can implement rules and regulations, and the ways that you show you can brainstorm and solve problems. Including these skills will ensure that you are able to provide the best customer service and that you are able to excel the most at the customer service jobs within the pharmaceutical industry.
