Description

The Senior Technology Implementation Professional manages implementations for new real time benefit connections, and maintains existing vendor connections. This role manages the vendor connectivity, enhancements to the service, and reporting for the program.

Responsibilities

Humana is seeking an experienced associate for the Pharmacy Clinical Integration and Implementation team. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible implementation and integration for the real time benefit service, including planning oversight, coordinating the development, implementation, and monitoring outcomes.

This position will work and collaborate with leaders across the Humana enterprise and Humana Pharmacy Solutions.

This individual will leverage their deep pharmacy background and strong collaboration and communication skills to bring technology solutions for pharmacy to life, driving technology and process improvements to improve member health and well-being. This position requires an in-depth understanding of technology strategy and implementation that interrelates across the function and Humana business overall.

Responsibilities

Manage new implementations with external vendors for the real time benefit services

Manage existing business relationships with external vendors for the real time benefits service

Be part of a team of Technology Solution implementation professionals that are responsible for other clinical technology solutions

Act as an enterprise leader and drive alignment with cross-functional teams and ensure operational transition is flawlessly executed

Provide program reporting including operational and outcomes reporting

Work in a team environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field

Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies

Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development

Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments

Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
