Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of specific serialization projects for multiple markets in partnership with the corresponding local market organization(s). Ensures deliverables are met on time to meeting market regulatory and business requirements.
Manage the implementation of market serialization requirements in logistic / 3PL and Order to Cash operations to assure in-bound, out-bound and reverse logistic EPCIS events are appropriately captured, messages generated and are accurate / complete for market reporting.
Supervise the cross-functional assessment efforts for implementing / amending serialization requirements for global markets, which accounts for process, systems and data. Draft requirements and functional documents that are compliance driven and meet business needs. Accountable for documentation following established market process.
Work with Market Integration and Supply Chain Digitization Director and Market Integration Associate Director in shaping market integration strategy for faster and effective decision-making.
5 Responsible for leading change management process for serialization projects.
6 Collaborate with Quality to assure PQC and recall process affecting serialized market are established and robust.
Support Serialization Operations team to assure right first time batch serialization.
8 Manages the overall project management activity for the Global Serialization Market Integration. Provide status updates on data programs/ serialization projects to the GSC PMO, Steering Committees, etc. assembling the corresponding information on appropriate reporting tools and presentations.
9 Participates in industry benchmarking and standards organizations. Enables/influences industry best practices.
10 Supports the Market Integration function in areas like regulatory assessments, ReACT program, etc.
11 EMVO Asst. SPOC for EU.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILL
Education:
BS or BA degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or equivalent
Experience / Knowledge Desired:
Minimum 5- 7 years pharmaceutical experience. Experience within supply chain, packaging, logistics, master data, quality and or OTC / customer engagement. Min of 2 yrs. serialization experience desirable. US DSCSA and EU FMD regulatory knowledge a plus
Active participatant in large complex projects and change management.
Experience in executing enterprise information technology / ERP solutions in association with successful critical change management & communication elements; demonstrated passion for data quality / integrity.
Sound understanding of End to End supply chain & order to cash processes is required, with track record of project implementations in these areas
Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of business needs, risks and regulatory implications.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
Demonstrated success in leading teams that are matrixed, global, virtual, diverse, and cross-functional.
Solid understanding of key relationships, dependencies, and interfaces among business units, IT, and external partners.
