Responsible for supporting the execution of quality metrics collection and reporting internally within Global Quality and GPS as well as externally (i.e. FDA). Responsible for supporting the collection, reporting, and continuous improvement of compliance-focused metrics including, but not limited to Global Quality Metrics/Scorecard, Project Metrics, and Quality Council Metrics. Responsible for communication of product complaint, product surety and quality serialization reports/metrics per established SOPs/frequency as well as all ad hoc requests, Supportprocess and tools to collect, capture and report FDA and other Health Authority required metrics predictive of performance.
Support to business and site functions as required. Responsibility will include but not limited to sharing knowledge/experience related to metrics, usage of analytic tools dashboards (i.e. Excel, Tableau), adhoc requests, and troubleshooting/supporting/designing metric tools.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
Experience/Knowledge:
Minimum 1-2 years experience with data analytics
Skills/Competencies:
Experience with TrackWise, SharePoint, HTML, and Microsoft Office 2013 expertise required.
Proficiency, and experience administrating websites, and experience managing a database.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to quickly identify issues in data analysis and issues resolution.
Individual must have strong eye for detail and organizational skills.
Strong collaboration, analytical, and data aggregation skills.
Ability to work across a global company, interact with multiple department/functions, and be team oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization.
Must possess forward thinking, creative, and problem solving mindset.
Experience with SAP, LIMS, and Veeva is preferred. Advanced excel a must; Pivot Tables; ability to handle large volume of data
