Bristol-Myers Squibb in Russia is seeking to recruit a permanent Regional Market Access Manager for Ural and Western Siberia.
Main functions and tasks:
Support of the immuno-oncology & OncoHematology MA strategy in order to effectively implement the company's business processes in regions
Development and implementation assistance of federal and regional strategies of Bristol-Myers Squibb in the field of immuno-oncology and oncohematology areas
Support the BUs in implementing the strategy of access of BMS portfolio to regional markets
Provide support to the company at the level of external communications on public relations (PR)
Provide strong relationship with stakeholders on regional level (MoH, TFOMS, PAGS and etc)
Support 6 regions for constant base and others 16 remotely Russian regions with collaboration with BUs
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To develop and implement a regional strategy to ensure that Bristol-Myers Squibb Ltd. ' s focus products, hereinafter referred to as BMS, have maximum access to the market and are used in selected regions with minimal barriers.
To promote to key regional clients, i.e. pharmaceutical market participants responsible for procurement of medicines (including hospital administration, clinical pharmacologists, pharmacists, etc. ) in the territory of responsibility established by the employment contract (hereinafter - the territory of responsibility), Bristol-Myers Squibb group medicines for the treatment of immunological and oncological diseases (hereinafter - Medicines»);
To identify and analyze changes in the regional market that may or will affect access, determine their impact on BMS products, develop and implement an action plan in the regions of responsibility
To communicate benefits to stakeholders and key clients at the regional level to ensure and increase patient access to innovative treatments.
To interact with patient movements and organizations working in therapeutic areas of focus for BMS, represented in the regions of responsibility.
To be responsible for the implementation of the brand plan in terms of market access in the regions of responsibility, taking into account the priorities of access, the influence of all stakeholders, the requirements and indicators of the company.
To implement projects of national scale in the direction of access of the company's products to the market
Provide leadership to subordinates, including:
Builds effective cross-functional interaction to achieve business goals and company expectations
Shares knowledge and skills with other employees of the Employer
Prepare reports on the work done as well as on other issues raised by the direct supervisor and other authorized representatives of the employer
Not disclosing trade secret, know-how or other confidential information of the employer to third parties; trade secret or other confidential information is any information related to the financial administrative or other activity of the Employer and having actual or potential commercial value and which is not intended for public distribution and proving free access to it on legal grounds or in respect of which the employer has taken measures to protect its confidentiality
Using technical equipment of the employer including but not limited to office computers, laptops, phones, smart phones and any other hardware software used by the employer on its technical means solely for the purpose of performing their official duties; the use of technical means of the employer for personal purposes (such as sending personal messages, storing personal files, etc.) is prohibited; do not use personal electronic and postal addresses
Taking care of the employer's property including, without exception, all technical equipment, tools, consumables and devices used in the performance of official duties; the employee holding the position shall be liable to the employer for damage caused to the property of the employer on the terms and in the amounts provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation
Making independent decisions within performance of objectives, defining limits of the responsibly, if necessary to make decisions independently or to transfer decision - making to the direct head or other employee of the employer which sphere of responsibility includes adoption of the corresponding decision
Managing effectively working hours
Being flexible in a rapidly changing market environment and responding quickly to important and urgent needs of customers and employers, anticipating changing needs and being able to develop action plans taking into account possible risks and contingencies
Working in a tight deadlines and performing tasks within the period specified by the employer
Analyzing and correctly interpreting data on customers and market trends obtained from various sources
Ensuring the highest quality of services
Knowledge, skills and Experience required:
Higher medical or pharmaceutical education.
experience in the pharmaceutical business for at least 3 years as a Regional Market access manager, preferably in the hospital segment
experience in the field of Oncology & OncoHematology, knowledge of this therapeutic area is Preferable
Deep basic knowledge in the field of General medicine. Ability to apply scientific medical knowledge to create superior value for the consumer.
experience in the hospital segment, as well as experience in building and developing relationships with decision-makers (government, payers, insurers, government representatives, representatives of patient movements and organizations, opinion leaders, leading specialists, etc.). Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market of Russia in general and oncology in particular. Knowledge of laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation governing the employer's business activities, in particular, issues of interaction with medical workers and consultation between pharmaceutical companies and medical workers, as well as applicable ethical standards (including internal policies)
Knowledge of the procedure of drug provision of the population in the Russian Federation, the existing trends in the promotion of medicines.
Skills of territorial planning, prioritization of territories.
In-depth knowledge of people making or influencing decisions and understanding of their needs
Functional knowledge and understanding of price, pricing and reimbursement issues, healthcare economics, methods of interaction with government agencies, corporate and business communications and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of procurement and tender policy of the Russian Federation.
Strong personal sales skills, ability to transfer knowledge to subordinates.
Knowledge of English at the intermediate level.
High communication skills, oral and written business communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the Windows operating system and MS Office software package, in particular, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Deep understanding of the rules of ethical business.
Driver's license (category B).
Readiness for frequent business trips.
