Description
The Staff RX Clinical Programs Oncology Pharmacist will be responsible for building relationships with oncology clinical practices that care for Humana membership. This pharmacist will participate in existing oncology clinical programs as well as pilot campaigns to drive balanced outcomes (clinical outcomes, member experience, health equity, and financial stewardship). Additionally, this pharmacist will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding operational execution of project components and will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

In this role you will:
Establish working relationships with the providers, pharmacists and staff at top oncology clinical practices caring for Humana members
Leverage oncology clinical acumen and patient care experience when serving as a liaison to promote Humana's specialty programs, formulary strategies and medical strategies
Outreach to oncology providers on member cost saving opportunities through existing Humana specialty clinical programs
Conduct pilot campaigns for oncology clinical programs in development
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree
Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)
Active pharmacist license in the state ofresidence.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency training
Clinical oncology practice experience, outpatient solid tumor clinic preferred
Previous experience with pharmacy benefits management
Previous Medicare (MAPD and/or PDP) experience
Ability to manage end-to-end-processes
Previous program or project management experience
Proven success in leading teams (both direct and indirect) with multiple accountabilities
Lean, 6 sigma experience and/or certification
Multi-lingual (Spanish preferred)
Understanding of medical claims, billing, and associated platforms
IT expertise

Work-At-Home Requirements:
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
