The Senior Manager, Market Access Operations reports to the Senior Director, National Accounts and supports and leads operational excellence efforts of the Market Access team.  The role partners with the cross-functional team including Market Access Value Strategy, Field Team, Payer Strategy & Analytics, Contract Operations and Trade & Distribution in supporting key initiatives of in-line and pipeline products to ensure healthcare providers and patients have access to Idorsia’s portfolio of products.

Responsibilities:

    n
  • Day-to-day Market Access field operations and leads all related core process development and management.
  • n
  • Manage the strategic, tactical, and operational processes for Market Access, including the Dashboard development, quarterly objective tracking and launch readiness plans.
  • n
  • Contribute to KPI development and achievement through collaboration with MA leadership in managing Vendor reports and application.
  • n
  • Assists Market Access Field Teams in development, communication, and implementation of business plans
  • n
  • Coordinate tracking of Market Access sponsorships and memberships ensuring utilization of benefits and vendor reconciliation.
  • n
  • Partner with Market Access leads to ensure budget excellence through development of strategically aligned annual budgets. Track progress throughout year with monthly accruals and timely communication of budget updates.
  • n
  • Establish strong relationships with vendors and manage contracts related to Market Access data, access tools, and subscriptions.
  • n
  • Manage Account Team customer engagement reporting.
  • n
  • Communicates and collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders regarding market access metrics including formulary access and pull through.
  • n
  • Contribute to in-line and pipeline market access strategies, providing integrated analyses, customer and industry insights, and plan or account performance metrics.
  • n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to facilitate contract execution.
  • n
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of managed market segment/channel dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • n
  • Minimum 8 years Pharmaceutical Industry experience required, with at least 4 years Market Access experience preferred.
