The Supervisor, Pharmacy Coordination of Benefits initiates contact with other insurance companies to gather coordination of benefits (COB) data. The Supervisor, Pharmacy Coordination of Benefits works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.

Responsibilities

This is a work from home position that will require 10% travel for strategy meetings.

The Supervisor, Pharmacy Coordination of Benefits consolidates the activities that support the collection, management, and reporting of other insurance coverage.

Decisions are typically are related to schedule, plans and daily operations including inventory management, production, and quality.

Additional responsibilities include:


Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature
Supervises a group of typically support and technical associates
Coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates
Ensures consistency in execution across team
Holds team members accountable for following established policy adherence and metrics


Required Qualifications


Bilingual English/Spanish (Must pass the language proficiency test)
3 years of Subject Matter Expert experience
Passionate about employee engagement
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
