We are currently looking to fill a Manufacturing Project Specialist – Manufacturing Execution and Manufacturing Systems position with a 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Manufacturing Project Specialist – Manufacturing Execution and Manufacturing Systems performs tasks related to the management of manufacturing IT projects including the implementation of the MES system for large scale bulk API production in Rensselaer NY.

As a Manufacturing Project Specialist – Manufacturing Execution and Manufacturing Systems, a typical day may include the following:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that our systems and technology are meeting our business needs, interact with end users to gather substantial feedback, and develop strategies around training and communication related to new projects.
• Assist in the implementation of a MES system (Werum PAS-X) for the bulk API large-scale manufacturing department on the Rensselaer Site.
• Develop and provide internal SME focused training on our systems.
• Develop communication plans to ensure that the user base for all of our systems are knowledgeable about project status and system changes.
• Gather feedback from end users and translate that feedback into important actions.
• Work with the IT group to coordinate and lead changes and improvements to existing manufacturing IT systems.
• Assist in the development of technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements for the manufacturing department.
• Translate business requirements to software solutions.
• Support manufacturing leadership in finding opportunities for continuous improvement

This job may be for you if:

• Have some prior Project Management experience.
• Have experience with manufacturing systems such as ERP, APS, MES, or LIMS.
• Have strong communication and organization skills required.

Education and Experience:

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required. MS in similar field preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience required

• Manufacturing Project Specialist – Manufacturing Execution and Manufacturing Systems: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field with 3 years of relevant work experience.

Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
