, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb, is looking for a (Senior) Product Manager (m/w/d) AML (Akute Myeloische Leukämie).
Under the direction of the Marketing Director, this individual is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of marketing and educational programs for the therapeutic field of AML. The incumbent actively drives launch preparations, the development of brand plans, respective product strategies, and tactical implementation plans. In addition, the (Senior) Product Manager builds and maintains close relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and opinion leaders in the market.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Member of international AML team, responsible for successful launch preparation and strategic planning of market- and brand development.
Responsible for brand performance tracking & results
Member of international AML launch team and world-wide Brand Team, responsible for shaping product strategy, and to maximize EU synergies as well as exchange of best practices.
Drives development and implementation of the local strategic plan
Partners with Austrian and Switzerland EU brand teams in order to prepare symposia and promotional activities for DGHO congress.
Partners with medical affairs to maximize the brand performance (incl. clinical programs, KOL development, symposia, expert panels)
Analyzes and assimilates extensive market data/intelligence and incorporates the findings into the AML brand planning process.
Keeps up to date with competitive data in the field of AML and utilizes the information to provide competitive advantages for our brand(s).
Leads the development of marketing materials and ensures timely approval of materials in accordance with regulatory requirements (ABPI code of practice).
-Designs and executes promotional activities in line with the global branding and global key messages.
-Inspires and equips the sales force to enable maximization of the brand
-Coordinates brand specific Multichannel activities and incorporates them into brand planning process.
Tracks implementation (KPIs) and success; develops rapid corrective activities if needed.
-Constantly seeks feedback and inspires the sales force, is perceived as being a passionate and persuasive AML champion.
-Supports the development of an hematology long range forecasting plan together with the BUD, Marketing Director, Manager Market Research and Finance.
Manages marketing budgets closely to ensure expenditure is aligned with the brand plan.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
Strong identification with company's values.
Natural science and/or Business Administration degree required
Profound professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experienced in Marketing, experience in hemato-oncology (Preferred)
-Experience in sales preferred
-High scientific profile with the ability to simplify new and complex clinical data
-Independent self-starter, accurate and well organized
-Highly energetic, self-reliant, able to successfully drive performance and deliver results with various parties in a timely and efficient manner with organized project management skills.
-Hematology market experience preferred
-Strong analytical skills
-Close collaboration with sales team and internal stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Fluency in German and English, both oral and written communications
-PC literate in Microsoft Office
Strong business acumen and open minded.
