The Team You’ll Join 

n

You’ll join a team focused on developing and screening in vitro assays for the world’s leading company in AI-guided drug discovery. You will help develop the technology and build the assays used to discover potential therapeutics and determine how and where they interact with human biology. With treatments for hundreds of diseases in our sights, you will work on a diverse array of programs side-by-side with automation engineers, biologists, chemists, data scientists, software engineers, and many others. Together, we generate the data, systems, tools, and methods to accelerate the discovery of treatments for pathologies that affect the lives of countless individuals.

The Experience and Skills You’ll Need:

n

n
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in cell biology or related field.
n
• 2 years of lab bench experience with a bachelor’s; 1 years of lab bench experience with a master’s. 
n
• Experience with cell culture techniques and cell based assays. 
n
• Experience with high-content techniques and automated laboratory equipment, or enthusiasm to learn these skills.
n
• Familiarity with data analysis and graphing software, such as Graphpad Prism or Spotfire.
n
• Adept at working in a fast paced, dynamic environment within a cross functional team.
n
• Growth mindset, a willingness to learn and to teach, a strong team player.
n
• Attention to detail, the ability to accurately record experimental details and results.
n
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment.
n
• A desire to radically improve lives, transform the lives of patients, and discover novel therapeutics.

Nice to Have:

• 1 years of applicable industry experience.

• Experience with 96, 384 or 1536-well plates.

• Experience with development and miniaturization of biological assays.

• Experience with complex cell culture systems, primary cell culture or co-culture.

• Experience with confocal or widefield fluorescence microscopy.

• Familiarity with Cell Profiler.
